I went back to bed for a few hour today and had a panic attack and I can't remember a thing that has happened today, Angela give me on of my tablets to cool me down (Citalopram), Angela said I was at a funeral today but I can't remember at thing about it.  |

I seen the doctor this morning, he has put my tablets up to 20mg, and I've got to see him again in 4 weeks, I seen the doctor in March when he put the tablets up to 20mg and he said to go and see him in April and I did not keep the appointment so he put them back down to 10mg, I'm thinking about going to see the England match with him on Sunday in one of the bar's in Chorlton if I've got the money, thing's are hard in the house at the moment.xxx
