Great little place - excellent decor worth finding.

We had jalpeno starters and for mains fajitas and I had enchilada sanborn which was great.

Very reasonable prices - ice cold coronitas and friendly service.

If you like mexican there are lots of dishes you wont have seen at home.

Best mexican I have been to home & abroad - Highly recommeded.

Hi geniejc - and welcome to the forum.

Yes, we love Emma's Cantina too - by far the best Mexican in Puerto del Carmen... if not the Island! Mike's great - and Emma's cooking is to die for! I loved my fajitas. But the best for me had to be the Huevos Rancheros. Mmmmm!!!

Were you over recently?

1st time on the island was there from 8th to 15th . Had a great villa from James Holidays definately the way to go for me from now on.

Kid sister lives on Gran Canaria and visted her there last october , but fancied trying something different.

Really enjoyed it - something for everyone I think and certainly not Lanzagrotty.

Will return probably next year in sept oct. Got a trip to NZ to plan and a credit crunch to ride out.

Glad you had a good time, and it's been great to read your reviews.

Weather in Sept/October will be similar to what you've just had.

Your lucky sister living in GC eh? Always handy for you guys for cheap holidays though LOL.

Good luck with the credit crunch!
