I live in Lanzarote, with my fella (Bart, in this forum). yes, we love it. No, we're not going back to the UK.

My favourite so far has been Tenerife mainly because it was the first time that everything in the holiday was just right.
I stayed in Playa las Americas which should have been a nightmare if the stories were to be believed.
But I liked it found a great bar ( Moonlight Bar) which looked after us as if we had been going for years.
The hotel Santa Maria was good but in the second week change apartments for the Compostella Golf 3 and it just blew me a away.
Such a great place to stay and i don't even play golf!
I have to say I visited Tenerife with my disabled Dad and to find a place with easy access and room for him to move was maybe the only let down. But you get over it and get on with it don't ya.
I'm hoping this won't be a issue in Costa Tequise as we have hired him a Mobility scooter.

Any one else got any great and fun filled places they have visited in the islands?
