Great British Restaurant with Live Music at Night (owned by Mike Molloy). Definitely worth a visit!!!!!!!

More info: Amigos is on the sea front opposite the harbour near to where Chicagos was.
The live music on 6 nights a week is a soft rock by Simon May, one of best rock guitarist in the world and we are lucky to have him playing at our restaurant. There is a rumour that he is  Queen's Brian May's son, but you will have to ask Simon about that.
The place fills up soon after he starts at 7.30 so be early or you will end up like many others sitting on the public benches outside the bar. He should finish at 9.30 but it's rare for him to stop encores before 11am, which upsets the local wrinklies having cocoa on the balcony nearby. On Friday nights we have a change when we do a 50's 60's tribute night with Gerry Attrick the Wrinkly Rocker. Stop laughing we didn't give him the name, but he's getting as popular as Simon (especially with the wrinklies on the balcony who tap along to the searchers and Buddy Holly etc.)
Quick ad' We guarantee that our fish and chips are the best you ever tasted, the batter is made from half Tetley Bitter and half Lager (damn I've just given our secret away). Come and enjoy a night with us and check out the posh grafitti in the toilets.
