She's not your average "housewifey" type Mick!  Truth is she's as dumb as a dodo!

Google "Newlyweds" to see some clips of her early years married to Nick Leshay and really adding fuel to the "blonde bimbo" fire!

Actually, on second thoughts don't bother!  It would probably put you to sleep!

But I must go now, my time is up for idle chit chat!  Work beckons!

Catch you later.   Cheesy

Hi Mick,

As regards this one

Quote
79, In which year did the Pound Note cease to be legal tender in the UK ?

They are still legal tender. It is still in circulation in Scotland. The royal bank of Scotland still produces them. The note has never been demonetized.  I used to take some with me on visits to England to amuse people and they were always accepted.

I think the question could be when did the Bank of England stop producing them.

Quote from Wikipedia
The Bank of England reintroduced £10 notes in 1964. In 1969, the 10/-note was replaced by the 50p coin as part of the preparation for decimalization. £20 Bank of England notes were reintroduced in 1970, followed by £50 in 1982. Following the introduction of the £1 coin in 1983, Bank of England £1 notes were withdrawn in 1988. Scottish and Northern Irish banks followed, with only the Royal Bank of Scotland continuing to issue this denomination.

Hi Mick, well did an honest no google try at the quiz.

Firstly I recon it is down to 94 actual questions - I list I think you will agree the changes.

42 - too easy as it faces you on the keyboard (question not designed for computer use).
60 - There are 5 inhabited islands plus some uninhabited, I think you mentioned it could be dropped.
70 - Already spelt correctly!, Think you agreed to drop that too.
71 - You withdrew it.
79 - It is still legal tender, but only RBS issuing them, so controversal answers.
86 - Question OK just thought I would say it was Mr. Spock not Doctor.
91 - Seems to be strong doubt and debate over 3 muscles as the strongest depending on the measurement style.

I managed to answer 66 questions and after extensive googling afterwards scored 39 correct all out of 94.

Think that scores a D-  (must try harder)

That's a lot of analysis Tam!  You might have scored  D- for your test but teacher got to give you a star for effort!  Wink

Personally, I'm thinking I'll fade into the background lest I score an N.G. and let all my Irish friends down!   Undecided

...... or I could just get tiddly and have a laugh!  We'll see!  Grin
