Christmas Day Menu
€60 per head


On arrival Kir Royale served on our outside terrace area or in our lounge

Starters
Broccoli and stilton soup
Goat’s cheese baked with tomato, red onion and basil
Carpaccio of beef with rocket and parmesan
Smoked Salmon timbale served with melba toast

Champagne sorbet with a frosted strawberry

………….

Main Courses
Roast turkey and all the trimmings
Steak and Shallots braised in Guinness
Salmon fillet with a Sun dried tomato, olives, and caper salsa
Encased wild mushrooms in a white wine, rosemary and thyme sauce

Desserts
White and dark chocolate iced parfait
Raspberry pavlova
Xmas pudding and brandy sauce
Selection of ice-creams or sorbets

Continental Cheese board with biscuits, red onion chutney, celery and a glass of port can be added to the menu for 5 euro’s per person
