Sorry about that being new to all this must have deleted half of the above message! When we visited Playa Blanca weather was chucking it down so we couldn`t do much exploring but have heard the beaches are fab. But have only just discovered Costa Teguise last December and we returned again in January have totally fallen for the place, just hope we can return again sometime later on in the year. Mush x

With the exception of the Papagayo beaches right on the edge of Playa Blanca... I actually prefer Costa Teg's beaches. The one en route to Playa Bastian is just stunning!

 Would definitely be P del C old town , quiet and peaceful, lovely restaurants and views but with all the mayhem of the strip only a few minutes away (plenty of nice restaurants there too ) if you want it

Stayed in PDC several times, from 2000 to 2004 visited CT but didn't stay... Then late in 2004 visited PB, then stayed there 2005, liked it, didn't stay anywhere else since, there's no place like it...

Bob you seem to stay similar to me - I usually stay at the Zocos - you were at the Fiscus? - have heard good reports about the food there - unless you know otherwise of course?
