Hi Andrew, and welcome to the forum. Many of the bars do cocktail menus - and there are lots of offers on in the town at the moment.
Not sure where the cheapest are as such - but you'll definitely find some bargains around.

Andrew, somewhere else that does cheap cocktails and I would say the cheapest beer and lager in Costa Teguise is Steve and Alana bar, it is called La Esquina Bar, say hi to them for me when you meet them.
