I recently sent off some letters to see if I could reclaim PPI.
So far I've had one letter back with an offer, which is all good.
I've now received another letter telling me that my name does not match their records and therefore they have returned all my paperwork and told me to go to my local branch. Do you think the fact I told them in my letter that my name didnt match and therefore I was enclosing a copy of my deed poll showing change of name, might have done the trick?
Obviously not! Grrrrrrrr!

posted on FB earlier that I had a craving for icecream .... I've got a friend coming over shortly with a dvd and he's obviously spotted it as he just sent me a message to see what flavour I wanted  How's that for friends ... he's bringing a dvd, a bottle of wine and icecream |

When I logged in this morning just before 9, there were a few others logged in but the last post was just before midnight last night, from Flash! well I for one, know that FB is far easier to navigate on a smartphone than CN is ...... we need somebody to write us a CN app for smartphones  |

Definitely! I can't get into CN at all on my phone in the UK because vodafone blocks it. It sometimes works abroad however...
