Complaint

Thank you to everyone who reported the recent outbreak of spam. For your information, this is our reaction - thus far. NB - the site address has been changed for obvious reasons.

"Your user (some silly forum with three members .com/) just spammed our established forum with repetitions of their subdomain on your site. This is annoying (as a well moderated forum it is time consuming to erase), it is ill mannered, breaches all of our (and pretty much all forums) terms and conditions. It also reflects very poorly on your brand.

Obviously this user has been banned from our forum, and we have notified the admins of other reputable competitors in our region about this user.

Forgive me if this mail has been received by a number of you as I had to guess at email addresses as you have no contact information on your site - or your whois. Additionally I am appalled to see that it is not possible to make a complaint using your litigation link - unless I am a registered user of yours. I have now wish to become one.

Please - on the off chance you do actually get this can you let me know what action you intend to take against this user as they have breached both ours, and you, terms and conditions."
