I'm suffering with hayfever too Gilly and the antihistamines do work with me but don't interact well with wine unfortunately so I'm not taking them  |

errrr, what you saying Flooey?  lol And as you asked me on another thread, yep, I'm taking antihistamines but they dont really make much difference to be honest!!! Perhaps I should move over, I dont suffer over there  Abnsolutely right Gilly love. I don't suffer with hayfever here (mine was cut grass). I also don't suffer with asthma now either. I take ventolin very occasionally when the calima kicks in. But that's even out of date now, so I have to get a new one. Back in the UK I was on ventolin and becotide almost continuously.... and wioth steroids from October to February to try to counteract the horrendous cough and congested chest I suffered with. Life really does begin in Lanzarote. 2006 was the first year in my life that I was steroid free! |

been visiting Lanza for about 8 years now and already booked up for Oct this year .... get withdrawals when I'm not there so have to make do with regularly surfing and reading all things Lanzarote!  OUR SILLY. |
