Had a few pints in Spenders Bar last time I was in Lanzarote s5hez.

Nice promotion for them, you should post this on the other site, they were asking for pictures of pubs that were good value..  up the hill to the top is actually a shortcut home or me but i usually avoid is as I don't do hills in the sun, two pints half way up however makes it a lot less painful so I think thats my route from now on, as long as the beers cheap

i have only been to Orzola once and that was on my first ever trip to Lanza , forgot how gorgeous it is , unfortunately i got robbed when there and hat put a dampener on things , but i can still remember the huge squid i had for lunch gorgeous

Hi Sam,

I also got robbed there a couple of years ago, took my sons game boy and all the games he ownedm I had insisted on locking them in the boot so the sand could not damage them, had tears for days..how bad did I feel 

Learn't a lesson that day and now leave nothing in the car when we go up there, but it is so beautiful I have to keep going back, just a lot more careful these days.

No not Famara, the lagoon at Orzola, very upsetting, especially as we could see the car from the little bunker we were in but we must have been looking the other way.

Usually on Famara i'm the one left looking after  all the bags because we only go when the 'surfs up' and Hubbie can get his board out,  it's too rough for me so I won't even paddle
