We have just returned from 2 weeks in Lanzarote and spent most nights in The English Rose Tea Rooms.  Whilst in Lanzarote you absolutely must visit this special place.  Whilst we were there we enjoyed a fabulous breakfast every morning with the best hosts on the island.  We also had the best home away from home cooked food ever.  Graham and Louise are wonderful people and we are missing them both sooooo much.  We have been very sad since coming home as we had such a great time in Lanzarote.  With the tea rooms only being a small place you meet the most interesting people and you actually sit and talk instead of just watching the footy on tv n things.  I cannot shout about this place enough, me and my patner Rick loved this place and cannot wait to come back, just need to save the pennies.

hi julie sounds they are really nice hosts,did you go on the lamb night? tell me what was you and ricks fav dish,i have walked past it a few times the thing is there are that many tempting places to try-deano

The lamb dinner was to die for, we also had steak and ale pie with mash and veg that was yum yum!!!  Louise does most of the cooking and she is a great cook, her apple pie and lumpy bumpy cheese cake are delicious(my mouth is watering with the thought)  I know there are lots of places to try around but you really must try this place i promise you will not be disappointed, if you call in tell them Julie and Rick said Hi.  They are such nice people and will do anything for you, graham even took us to Playa Blanca one day to save us catching the bus now how many people would you find would do that for someone they had just met??  Hope you do call in because its really worth a visit.

Flooey, next time you speak to him tell him Rick and Julie say Hi.  He even rang us when we got home to see what got back ok.  They are such nice people x

Yes he said he needed to sit down and change his page whilst we were there.  I soo wish we were still there, you are so lucky to live there its amazing, wish we were able to up and move there, just stuck in England for now though!
