Marques de Caceres is white rioja Bernie. We drink a lot of that too.

Yes, that's the one J. We like that, and it's not too expensive either.
Would be interested to see what reds would be recommended in another thread, although we're almost exclusively white when we're in Lanzarote because it's so nice to have chilled wines in the warm weather.
We can buy the reds and bring them home to get us through the dreary cold nights in Ireland!

well thanks guys, good thread lol  will try the supersol elle, sounds good to me. the liria is not bad thats the one i usually buy when i'm over but you guys have the superior knowledge so will avail of your experiences!!!! had a few glasses of pino grigio last night out on the patio, such a warm beautiful evening here. (13 days and counting!) oops sorry if i posted in the wrong section, guess i got excited!

Pinot is my absolute favourite! I've been having quite a bit of it lately when eating out. I do think €20 a bottle for it is bloody steep though!  Elle xx PS: No worries hon... it's easily moved.
