Lightning hitting Beetham Tower in Manchester , the tower is one of the tallest buildings in the uk its 47 storeys high and this happened on Thursday morning

It hit a house about a mile down the road from me in the early hrs of Thursday morning. Caused a ruck of damage to by all accounts.
Fortunately none of the people inside were hurt.
