OK so we know the Irish Anvil does a great breakfast, but tonight we went in for tea and I had the rack of ribs and chips.
The ribs come covered in a sauce that is so nice that I could have drunk a pint of it and the rib meat just fell off the bones.
Perfect.
The always superb coffee and cheerful staff or cheerful coffee and superb staff make it a pleasure to eat in there.
We go in a lot and probably take them for granted but today I'll remember to publicly thank them.

Ombretta - In Ireland we would call Smokie a "Lucky Duck" because he lives in the sun!  That's a little expression for your learning!
