As you are heading from the port, towards Hiperdino... take the right hand fork.

Just on the right there by the Farmacia... is a little German Supermarket.  Really friendly, and helpful guy. Good prices on loads of stuff like packet mixes, Angel Delight (different brand, but the same kind of thing), and the ever elusive Creme Fraiche.  We actually asked for soured cream... but a big dollop of creme fraiche on your baked spud, or piled onto a spicy chilli... or smeared in with your fajitas - is so yummy!!! They also have a really good range of herbs etc (better than Hiperdino's).

Happy days!!!

Flooey xx

PS: Please do tell them where you heard about it too... because we promised to tell lots of people.

We'll clear them Phil!  Grin

Also... soured cream was spotted in Spar in the main pedestrianised area last week... lurking by the yoghurts.  Shocked

Angel delight - now there's a thought!  Butterscotch was my favorite flavour a very long time ago.

And the German supermarket is the nearest one to our appartment and I've never even been in there (prefer to see what mood Pedro's in) - thanks for the tip Flooey!
