On your pic Lynne... I can't see any codes that you would put between. So the easiest way is to right click on it and save it to your PC. Open up a reply in here, and then under the message box you'll see a + sign and "additional options" Click that and you'll see that you can attach a file. Just browse to where the file is on your PC.
Then post. It should show up then.
I can't remember if Photobox gives you codes or not, so that's probably the easiest.
Or... open up a free account in Photobucket and use the IMG code it generates when you upload.
If you have pics of Lanzarote - then you can post them in
www.lanzarotepictures.com and thenany of the bottom block of codes to post it in here.
