Had a look at www.filmon.com last night which is free for BBC1, ITV, Channel 4, and Five. Seemed pretty good.

Torrents are great - and www.uknova.com is the best for UK telly, but getting membership (limited numbers) can be difficult. Definitely worth the wait though.

Of course many of us in Lanzarote have dickie connection speeds... so we have to bear that in mind.
