We wanted Pamela to win, because she had to do so much more, and she was so incredible for someone my age - I'm pretty fit, but she made me feel knackered!  In truth, the best dancer won, but she did have all the right attributes.  I have three left feet, so I'm as good a judge of this as of brain surgery, but I was so impressed with the choreography, and the hard work. It was a much better programme than the Yuk Factor - and I thought the judges were being pretty honest.  I just hope that Anton does get Bruce's job next year and that they don't have a comedy entrant like John S or Ann W.

sounds impressive John!

I saw a bit of Strictly before going out tonight.  The standard was brilliant.  For a non professional I think they chose the right winner!
