Didn't get to see Men Who Stare At Goats in the end... but did watch the Proposal. I had not realised it was one I'd already seen... but it's good harmless fun, so I still watched it all.

Still struggling to get a copy of My Name is Khan - as they all download beautifully... and then want you to download a player. You don't actually know until you press play. No thanks!!

Have got "Surrogates" to watch at some point, which I'm quite looking forward to.

Fox Movies were showing Oscar Winning Movies last night - so we watched Saving Private Ryan, for about the twelfth time Grin

Not seen that one LeFtY! I like Sandler movies too.

very funny film elle, got jessica biel and kevin james in it along with all the typical sandler cast - rob schnieder isnt instantly recognisable in it but he is there.

Anyone seen the hurt locker?Huh all this noise about it and oscars etc has me interested but want a review from someone impartial

I didn't rate the Hurt Locker particularly... neither did Bart. I wouldn't say give it a wide berth - but it's certainly no "Saving Private Ryan".

I fell asleep about 3/4 of an hour into it. It was a shame, because I was really looking forward to it.

Have got "A Serious Man" to watch later... but will try to get a copy of the Sandler movie too!

i'm terrible at watching films, too twitchy, get bored, start chatting on the phone, fall asleep....
but i did watch "An Education" the other night and it was good in a not-a-very-lot-happened sort of way. great cast with a very nostalgic look to the film

watched in the loop yesterday - funny at points but wasnt paying the closest attention so its probably better than i think it is  Roll Eyes

watched the day the earth stood still (new version) - i like keanu reeves (thought the matrix films were some of the best action films ever) but its as if he is only gonna get picked to do roles where he isnt allowed to change his facial expresssion or attitude or mood or .....well..... act at all!! but he does pull off serious face very well  Grin

bring back 'bill and ted' and the replacements' keanu  Wink

Started watching "Men Who Stare At Goats" a couple of nights ago... but was shattered so I fell asleep. But I enjoyed what I saw - so will watch it properly this weekend.

Just watched Saw VI - I know a lot of people dont like these films but I just think that whoever comes up with the "games" must be sick in the head!  They're really clever but sick!

We're watching a film on More 4 right now about the Sioux Indians being kicked off their land - can't remember what it's called but it's quite good so far.
