Steak and Onion!!!!!

I used to live off them from a little shop in the Albert Dock when I worked out an office in the Port of Liverpool Building. Anyone who's down there go a tray one!

Those very fine sandwich steaks with fried onions - simple but effective! Cheesy

which one was it Bart http://www.albertdock.com/index.php?page_id=51  cant believe whats cooking is still going it first opened in Knutsford about 20+ years ago and then shut about 15+ years ago thought they had gone bust , but saying that the 2 owners were scousers so maybe just decided that the restaurant capital of Cheshire wasn't worth it

no sam home made,using a mixture of pork@beef mince...the bolognaise is a thick salsa type.

Favorite sandwich from my childhood which I still have sometimes now is grated cheddar marmite and salad cream (not mayo).
