am travelling to costa teguise for new year 30th dec - 7th jan and was wondering where the best places to eat and drink are, and where possible prices ?

hi stew were you staying mate that would help,...cheap beer = la esquana.....as for food depends on what you want brekkies 1.95 to 5e dinner 5e to 10e tea about the same all depends on what you want we usually buy a cooked chicken for dinner or tes with cobs only 5/6 e feeds four.

HI there stewskin and welcome to the forum.
Cheapest place to drink is Coffee and Cream... which is behind La Esquina. 99c a large beer!!!
Hit the seafront, and go to Cutty Sark too - they have a section in this forum (as do Coffee and Cream) and they have happy hour every night... but their drinks prices are good anyway. Food at both places is great too! Also good for food (cooked breakfasts) is the British Cafe.

Most of the bars stay open until way after midnight hon... so you're still spoilt for choice. There's always something going on like live music, karaoke etc.

if you're staying at club tahiti they normally have their own entertainment plan for the week,and try the pool bar for food,andy and his dad mel are really nice and the prices are reasonable, if you fancy further afield try the market square( peublo marinero) there is a bar called chispas which is very cheap,cocktails from 3 euro, jugs of beer (4/5 pint) 5 euro,spirit and mixers 3ish! also most of the bars around heres have specila offers on,check their boards try the snug,bluebells . in the next square you have papa jacks and the scoys and wry,(also my cafe!).
there is a fireworks display in costa on new years night,the main beach area is the best place to be for this. happy hols x
