Great, glad you lked it, but for the others who do have red onions, like the cooked lemon, and do like cucumber and and mint raita (or tzatziki - best made with Greek yoghurt) try the original!  Make sure it's in a flat casserole, big enough so it's a single layer, and at the end turn the oven up to about 240 C so the ends of the onions go black and crispy, and the potatoes brown.

I last ate chicken with home made ratatouille for last night's dinner.

Am mightily impressed that the iPad auto spell thing recognised ratatouille 5 letters before the end of the word!

not had anything today yet going to get some oatcakes from sainsburys and have cheese and bacon oatckaes when i get back in about 1/2 hr

last night i was lazy and went and got a kebab from what i thought was the best place ever it was crap , but as they say never go back as its never the same the second time around
