Le Moka brekkie. No toast again.
I am being pretty good this week at leaving the toast alone and I'm still lasting out until tea time before I eat again.

right here goes , parents are feeding me well even have the menu for the weekend LOL

Tonight i had 3 turkey and cranberry sausages , which surprisingly were quite nice, two eggs fried of course with runny yolks, 2 rashers of bacon , 3 sweetcorn fritters , and a mound of chips , with 2 rounds of bread and butter

tomorrow night think i have been told its homemade pie with spuds , but i think it will be frozen pies chips and peas

AND

Sunday where i normally have a roast its gonna be a change Smiley  i am getting one of my all time favs , Braised stuffed heart and something veg wise dependent on allotment situation i think and probably mash (not my fav) but hopefully there will be enough heart to take some home for a butty at night LOL

Crappy fish and chips in a pub.

Braised stuffed heart sounds a real treat Sam  Sad .  Just who's heart will you be stuffing and what with.  for some reason it leaves me with an image of you eating a road accident victim, raw.
