one slice of toast last night with marmite  Exactly what I waas eating around midnight last night. Before that I had some lasagne and garlic bread - both made by my own fair hands. |

I last ate a wholemeal pitta bread at lunchtime with ham and turkey mixed with low cal salad cream.
