Yes ok today Josie. Banana + go-ahead yogurt bar for brekkie. Tonight chicken, mushroom & orange pepper stir fry, with my daily allowance of weight watcher malted danish bread. Well done to you too for today especially surrounded by cakes, that's willpower  |

Well done Ali and Smokie. I ate so much at the weekend I shouldn't need food for days - though I did take the lids off the cake tins (we're posh with our cakes) to sniff them - not quite the same as eating them though  Just realised that sniffing cakes should really go on the confessions thread. Did you have any lunch Ali? I've had chicken and salad with only balsamic vinegar for dressing tonight - and a small glass of wine but only one! |
