It is an interesting point CG makes at the start - I wouldn't put my job in front of my health, but if you're Mo, and you know you're knackered anyway, and you've got a job where you can make an historical difference and potentially save a lot of lives, or improve the lives of a lot of people - and you don't have kids you want to spend your time with - then why not do what you can.  I guess it gives the time you have left more meaning and purpose.

My favourite Mo story is about her being at some local law society dinner (no love lost I can assure you) and one of the local barristers referred to her as Ms Mowlem - she said "It's not Mz Mowlem, it's Doctor Mowlem to you" Excellent put down!!

I loved those telephone calls in the programme with Tony Blair when she kept calling him "Babe".  In fact didn't she call Martin McGuinness "Babe" once?

The language about P Mandelson was pretty strong but I get the impression she used that sort of language quite often.  They were hinting at the end that her lack of inhibitions may have been down to the tumour.  There was of course the underlying question of whether she could make rational decisions in her state of health and in other circumstances things might not have turned out so well.

We don't want to know about your Frankie Vaughan collection thank you.
Only took me about three hours to understand.
I got there eventually though.
