The thing I got off my doctor this morning was the reason I could not get my head round it "Letter 0",
Then I got a letter in the post this morning, and it helped me to, "Letter 1 and Letter 2".

This is the letter that I got off my Consultant Neurologist to give to my doctor, he told me to take it home and read it so I will know what to do, I looked at the letter and said to him "Read it are you kidding mate".
