cookers all vary in price if it free standing or do you want an oven and hob, these (oven and hob) vary from €300-?Huh?? your choice will decide, fridges for the small ones with a small freeze box about €150 washers again depends on your choice from €270 approx.

If you try the Cash and Carry(name of the shop) next to IKEA and also Millar in the Argana centre by the hospital you will get a wide choice, there is also the FT in Tias and megacentro and bricoland in the Deiland centre. Best bet is to spend a good couple of days and write down prices and travel around Arrecife, you will be surprised at the shops there which do electrical equipment.

Don't forget to ask for a 'job lot' price if buying a few things from the one retailer.

Good luck

Or you can look in the 'Household' section of Gazette Live classifieds. Over a month you'd probably be able to get everything you want at a fraction of the new price. Household electricals are expensive in Lanz and there doesn't seem to be any specialist second hand or reconditioned shops around
