I was accused of having something of a "shoe fetish" on here yesterday and I really haven't.
Oddly the whole "shoe thing" scenario also involved a freezer and some lumpy bumpy.
I think that's quite sufficient detail other than to mention that the lumpy bumpy "questee" even offered to bring her own cake with her, which I thought was dashed sporting of her.
She didn't really, but it's my fantasy, so I'm allowed to "make up" the details, surely.

...and, Lefty, when you've been on your feet all day, it'd be nice just to walk round in your socks too.

I don't think I have got any shoes any longer.
I had one pair that lived in the flat in Cornwall for when we were over there but Mrs smokie made me throw them out as she hated them and the one pair that I had in Lanzarote went a bit yukky on the sole when they got damp so they got binned last week.
So it's trainers for me unless I start wearing Mrs twinkletoe's and I'd have to cut three quarters of my feet off to fit in them.
All right, Flash and Lefty, no, I haven't got four feet, I mean that I'd have to cut three quarters of each of my two feet off.

Very old slippers at the mo. When I went out shopping earlier I was wearing my favorite black suede boots.
