Over the last few weeks they've had some marvellous evening "Specials" at Le Moka.
You know me, I'd eat chicken until the cows come home, (and then I'd eat the cows) and over the last couple of weeks they've had "Southern Fried Chicken", Sweet and Sour Chicken, and some chicken in a white wine sauce (I've not tried that one) as well as Irish Stew and loads of non chicken'y things.
Thanks Dave and Marrion, now if I step on a grid I won't fall through, phew!!

I had the sweet and sour chicken last night.  It was superb, lovely pieces of chicken (breast meat, no kneecaps, tendons etc) in light batter, with a light chunky sauce, and well separated fluffy rice.  I can't remember having better in a Chinese restaurant.

I've remembered some more of the non-chicken'y specials.
Tonight's was Spare Ribs with BBQ sauce, chips and Salad, lovely.
They've also recently had Beef in a Red Wine Sauce
and another was Hock with something (I've still not tried that yet, I always thought that Hock was German wine)
I've even had some vegetarian meals in there too and enjoyed them too.

I can't remember what is with it, sorry, the sign was up behind me this morning.
I'm guessing it will be chips or mash and veg (or maybe salad)

The Beef Curry was going down well today.
EVERYBODY that was in early this evening (except me) was having it.
We met a nice couple to chat to as well, very pleasant to meet Jo and Peter.
