I am about to....
For quite some time now I've had an idea running through my head for a 'non-profit' project I'd like to do. Can't say 'charity' as I'm
'not a charity' (as I keep explaining to the kids - but they never believe me!
). The bottom line is that this isn't for personal gain.
I'm not telling anyone what this is in any detail - there's an element that's a bit of a first. Suffice it is to say, the money I raise WILL benefit others! Raising funds for this sort of thing is difficult.... So rather than going out with a begging bowl - I came up with the idea of selling something that had some value, and have set up a
pixel ads site.
Obviously, a crowd follows a crowd, which is why I'm starting 'hitting up' family and friends (and you lot!) who know, and (hopefully) trust me, to get things up and running.... It may take some time to get this off the ground - but I think once you see what I'm planning in action you'll have been happy to help.
So, what am I asking...
1. For the people here who have their own sites to buy a pixel link (which is, like any other link of some value in SEO terms)
2. For those of you who don't have websites - maybe you'd consider paying for a link to a friends site or your favourite charity from my site
3. Where feasible, pass the word around....
