Hi there

This is a great site with lots of helpfull info. I am waiting on my small business to sell. Then I plan to buy a business in Lanzerote and relocate.
I think it is a Lawyer I would need or is it the Gestoria that would help me to check the accounts and everything.

I wouldnt mind paying to make sure that I would be buying a decent business.

Thanks Mary  Cool

Hello there Mary - and a warm welcome to the forum!

Congratulations on your impending move. These are exciting times eh?

A Gestoria can look after all of your accounts paperwork... and most of your legal stuff too. We use Ben Simkins in Costa Teguise... as do others in this forum. His website is www.asesoriaeuropa.com and he's fab! He doesn't charge the earth... and has been looking after us extremely well. Do give him my love if you speak to him. I went past his office yesterday, but didn't have time to pop in.

Regarding the purchase of a business here - the one company you MUST speak to above all others is www.lanzabusiness.com

Good luck - and if you haven't found it already... then have a look at mine and hubby's blog at www.lanzaroterelocation.co.uk. There's loads of relocation information in there. Grab a cuppa and some choccie biscuits, and put your feet up - enjoy!

Hi Elle

Thanks so much and I have found your site it is brilliant and I found the other one. The business I was looking at was from espuendo but it could be away by the time. I get there and get organised.

Thanks again Mary
