Hi everyone

I will be moving over with my 21 year old son in a few months and he was looking into skydiving. There is a course he can do here that would qualify him to become an instructor. He is hoping to get work in Lanzerote when we get there.

I told him I would ask does anyone have any info about this.

Thanks again Mary x

Hello Mary. I've never seen skydiving offered... but that's not to say it doesn't happen.

Contact Chris at www.lanzabusiness.com as he might be able to find out about licensing etc for you. But I wouldn't advise your lad to get his hopes up - sorry!

Hi Guys
it is the sort of activity i like to participate in, but not one that i have any experience with.
My 1st reaction is that , IF it is something which can be done on Lanza ( or even above Lanza ) why is it not happening 2day, I imagine that it may be toooooooooooo restrictive to get a licence , or the winds here may not be suitable.   It requires a bit of research and if it goes ahead i would be happy to promote it as one of my activity options.   www.activity-adventures.com   I have spoken with a guy who used to paraglide here but one day the winds just dropped and so did he,  he spent a long time in hospital as he broke sooooooooooooo many bones,  he was lucky to come out of it alive.    Shocked

Ciao 4 now
