Cheers Elle, she did say yes and planning the wedding for 7th of Sept 2013 as the 7th of Sept is the first day we got together. We are coming back for the third time next December for my fiancees, :-) 30th, (not sure how the weather is there then though), and gonna have to go back for another Bday meal.

Lovely! Am really pleased for you both. Nice to do it on an anniversary too - as then you won't forget anything lol.
December weather is fine. A little overcast but still with temps around 22 degrees celsius. Low risk of rain as October / November will be long gone.
Elle xx
PS: Our table for 2 for my birthday next month has just turned into a table for 4 - yippee!

I don't normally like liver at all. But the Japanese place in the Princesa Yaiza does these amazing melt in the mouth chicken livers. So when I spoke to Paul recently... I asked if he would have a play in preparation for my night up there - and he said he would. Yum! xxx

One of my favourite restaurants in the South of France used to do a lightly cooked chicken livers salad with raspberry vinaigrette. It's not on the menu any more but it was lovely!

i must admit that sound revolting BUT i went to a restaurant just outside St Omer in Pas de Calais and had what i will say is the best meal i have ever had the chef was the highest ranked in stars in france bar he parisien chefs , and it was amazing and the chocolate fondant in tea sauce was to die for , in fact i have to go back to the place and i recommend anyone in that area , try the place you wont be dissapointed oh and i had food at George V in Paris it was pants

Sam/Steve I know you're a foodie AND you eat offal so you cannot possibly say that chicken liver salad is/sounds revolting! It's a delicate dish with a lovely dressing so if that is revolting what does that make your favorite stuffed heart?!!!!!!

I think we all remember that - those tubes sticking out of it!
So do you take back your comment about my salad then?
