Bit of a long dog walk isn't it? I know excising them is good and all that but really!!

The dogs couldn't do it Rich - the 'puppy' was done when Elle and I did about 10km with them the other week.

Allan - I've set up a Just Giving page for donations a couple of people have given something already. But if people want to wait until I've actually done it that's fine too.

(Or, if people don't want to bother that's fine too - much as we'd like to we don't / couldn't give to everything ourselves - I personally hate that feeling of 'obligation' some people lay on thick when it comes to charity stuff)

For those who want it - here's a link to the Just Giving page

Starters:
Duck salad
Mushrooms stuffed with spinach and goats cheese, served in a tomato sauce
Deep fried camembertPumpkin soup

All the starters were excellent as always… and we all had a taste of each others’ dishes

Mains:
Ange went for a sirloin steak with peppercorn sauce, and the other 3 of us went for the extremely tasty and very popular Tornados Rossini, which is a fillet steak on a crouton, topped with a creamy parfait and mushrooms. All the dishes came with a side order of vegetables and potatoes… but we also ordered extra chips (which are huge chunky chips – beautiful) and some new potatoes

Hows the training going at the Gym Alan?? Cheesy

LOL - He's doing just great! Can see some changes in his body shape already.

To be fair... I think it was me who did most of the eating! Grin

I saw the El Sol article "in the flesh" so to speak when we were over.  Have you managed to keep the training up?  Will sponsor you with gift aid when I find my just giving account password!

Me too, but it "sort of" turned into a wobble half way through.  Embarrassed

I've just donated - come on the rest of you - the more of us that do it the more likely it is that he'll make it to the other end!

Turtle loses his shell. Is he homeless or naked?
