Le Moka and The Snug will be having a Valentines Evening "Do".
I'll let you know what's on the menu as soon as I find out.

Ok, now I'll write it properly.

It's a Special Valentines Menu for February the 14th.
I'll let you know what's on the menu as soon as I find out.

Sorry to mislead you, caught not listening properly, again.

                                     Valentines Menu for Monday the 14th of February

                    Starters
Baked Mushrooms stuffed with garlic,onion and bacon.

Pate & Melba Toast, with Cranberry and Port Jam.

                   Main Course

Stuffed Sole;
Sole fillets stuffed with salmon and crowned with prawns with a creamy cava sauce

Beef Wellington;
Fillet of beef rolled in chicken, onion, mushroom & puff pastry, simply grilled with a red wine gravy.

Both served with creamed potatoes and fresh vegetables.

                    Desserts

Valentine Mousse;
Chocolate Mousse layered with strawberries.

Sherry Trifle.

Bailey's Cheesecake.

                  Coffee.

Apparently it's one sitting at 7:30 and, as usual, when Le Moka do something special, it's preferrable to book as they are always well attended.
It'd be a shame to be looking forward to it and then be disappointed.
EDIT, 7/2/2011 IT IS NOW ESSENTIAL TO BOOK RATHER THAN PREFERRABLE, A LOT OF BOOKINGS HAVE COME IN ALREADY.

OK, I've found out the price as well now.
It's 20 euros, which I think is about £17.
I think that's pretty good value for a "special three course meal" with coffee.

Sorry for "shouting" but Dave was telling me that it's essential rather than preferrable.
We know that these "Special" evenings at Le Moka and The Snug are always well attended and I don't want to get in trouble for anybody "missing out."

Unfortunately he will be away... so no go. If he was here, we would have been going to the dinner / dance at Puerto Calero for Niños del Tercer Mundo... so I was always destined to miss out on Le Moka. Harrumph!
