Nice to see you Poppydoodle! How have you been, love?

I've been watching the series avidly. Have found it really interesting... and it's good to see behind the "doors" of something that has historically received so much bad press. We had some problems with travellers in our town as I was growing up - and I remember being terrified in our local shop when a large number came in and "swept" the place. A number of us were knocked flying.

This series has opened my eyes... and removed a lot of my personal prejudices.

Think there may be another series

Quote
THE final instalment of Big Fat Gypsy Weddings was watched by 6.53 MILLION fans.

The amazing figure equated to a 24.93 per cent share of viewers between 9pm and 10pm on Tuesday.

Another 946,200 watched an hour later on Channel 4+1.

The hit show peaked at 7.4 million, the second highest rating of the five-part series.

It thrashed ITV1's live coverage of the Brits by more than two million viewers.

The lowest-rating Brits in five years recorded an average 4.77 million viewers.
