Santa,s Been Strapped!!!

"Elfin safty" gone mad!!!!!
The local "round table" bunch of charity guys who do Christmas Santa Sleigh Ride have been scuppered!! Cry

This year Santa,s sleigh ride through the town ( an artifical sleigh on a trailer towed by a land rover) has been banned "unless" Santa is seen to wear a three point safty harness!!! Carry a red warning triangle and carry a fire extinguisher??
