had a very expensive day today ... we've bought a new tv and stand, ooh and not forgetting the gravy boat lol

none today but off to tesco handforth dean tomorrow and no doubt will come out spending too much , also need to get to Ikea sometime this week may do that tomorrow or Friday



a gravy boat now thats a idea haventgo one , but i will be getting a table and 4 chairs to replace the one i have , a new tv corner stand , and surround sound and hopefully a laptop ,

The last thing i bought was a round of Coffee's at Costa Coffee (i had a Gingerbread Latte Smiley)
But the last thing i spent any money on was having my car washed (yes, i'm far too lazy to do it myself Smiley)

Actually bought in a shop were duty free smellies in St Maarten - great prices there - Lanzarote equivalent or better.  Didn't buy spirits but they were very cheap - 2 litres of Bombay Sapphire 36 USD, the equivalent in Gordons something ridiculous like 22 USD or possibly less!

Last thing I bought was a prescription that cost me over €18!!! I was horrified because normally stuff is much cheaper. I had 3 prescription items the week before for less than €9 total.

so there isnt a standard prescription price over there then?  Cant remember the last time I paid for a prescription - I dont get ill very often!

No - most things are a huge amount cheaper... but as we've just learned, some things can be a lot dearer. But no standrad price... no.
I don't often get prescriptions either... but the dentist had given me a list of things like antibiotics, painkillers, valium etc.
