Walking in the North

Today I was invited to join one of the transport guys from the airport and a couple of guagua drivers for a walk. I managed to make time between appointments and drove to Los Cocoteros to meet the boys and we walked all along the coast right around to Costa Teguise. Really, really cool afternoon. Took about 2.5hrs, some really rugged terrain, but plenty of flat bits. Lovely breeze, excellent rocks to mess about on if you want to and so, so tranquilo. Not a soul in sight for most of it. Well recommended.

Nah, there was just lots of "¡Venga!" from me at the front 

To be fair though, I was the youngest!

If you'd turned left at  the coast, instead of right, you'd have come to Chaco de Palo in about 2 miles, and that migh well have left you gasping.
