This was recommended to us recently by firends... so we gave it a go.

Fantastic movie! Michael Caine is superb as the ex-Marine who is grieving the death of his wife to illness and old age, and the murder of his best friend Len by the local street kids.

Cue: Michael Caine gets all "Death Wish" on their backsides.

Beautifully acted by Caine - and well worth a watch if you like him, and street gang movies.

haha , no , i just thought it was a remake of THE harry Palmer films which i thought were a lot better

oh and i was pi**ed when i watched it so might have to watch again LOL

I saw it!
Some time ago now though.It was ok, Clint Eastwood did a simillar one not too long ago.
Never really rated Mr Caine as an actor, but everyone to there own.

Clint eastwood was Gran Torismo or something like that , not seen it but its all sort of Death Wish style films

Yes Ted - we thought it was similar to Gran Turismo too.

We think that Clint and Caine are very similar... and have improved as they've got older. Clint can now hold his own as a Director... and seems to be doing damn well at it.
