Mrs smokie normally has a brekkie at Le Moka but she only eats the ends of the sausage so I get the "endless sausage" but today she only had toast so I've missed out.

Meat.

Apart from a little slip up where I had a sneaky slice of pizza after lunch thinking it was vegetarian pizza only to discover that it had hyam on it and then thought stuff it and had a burger and a hot dog as well I haven't had any meat for nearly 2 monthsnow.

Not sure how long it will last to be honest, it's not really a conscience issue with me as much as a health issue with a little tiny bit of conscience on the side.

I'm really not sure whether or not I want to be a full on vegetarian, I just haven't wanted to eat meat for ages (with the obvious esception of the pizza, burger and hot dog!)

We'll see how it goes, but at the very least I will certainly be looking more closely at the vegetarian options on the menu when I go out as they are usually the tastiest things going on here.

That's exactly how it started for me, then when you haven't had any for a year and it comes to being faced with it you just think - nah, I'm not doing it - a kind of creeping stubborness sets in.

I honestly believe I have a more varied diet for it too.
