Retail of the brilliant and critically acclaimed Korean crime horror I Saw The Devil. When his pregnant fiancee becomes the latest victim of a serial killer, a secret agent blurs the line between good and evil in his pursuit of revenge. A brutally profound and hauntingly beautiful film that very unnervingly realistic portrays a serial killer at work. Uncompromising, unsettling and unforgettable. Very Highly Recommended.Check the trailer : http://www.imdb.com/video/imdb/vi3158612505/

Fantasy mystery thriller Red Riding Hood starring Amanda Seyfried, Gary Oldman, Billy Burke, Shiloh Fernandez and Max Irons is an R5 Retail this week. Valerie (Seyfried) is a beautiful young woman torn between two men. She is in love with a brooding outsider, Peter (Fernandez), but her parents have arranged for her to marry the wealthy Henry (Irons). Unwilling to lose each other, Valerie and Peter are planning to run away together when they learn that Valerie's older sister has been killed by the werewolf that prowls the dark forest surrounding their village. For years, the people have maintained an uneasy truce with the beast, offering the creature a monthly animal sacrifice. But under a blood red moon, the wolf has upped the stakes by taking a human life. Hungry for revenge, the people call on famed werewolf hunter, Father Solomon (Oldman), to help them kill the wolf. But Solomon's arrival brings unintended consequences as he warns that the wolf, who takes human form by day, could be any one of them. An excellent mystery thriller with a great cast. Recommended.

Hayden Christensen, John Leguizamo and Thandie Newton all star in the spooky mystery thriller Vanishing on 7th Street, a full Retail this week. When a massive power outage plunges the city of Detroit into total darkness, a disparate group of individuals find themselves alone. The entire city's population has vanished into thin air, leaving behind heaps of empty clothing, abandoned cars and lengthening shadows. Soon the daylight begins to disappear completely, and as the survivors gather in an abandoned tavern, they realize the darkness is out to get them, and only their rapidly diminishing light sources can keep them safe. Genuinely scary, even better with the lights off.

Jay Baruchel and Scott Speedman star in the crime thriller Good Neighbours, a DVD Rip this week which takes place in 1995, the year of the second referendum on the separation of Quebec. In the dead of winter, a serial killer is on the loose in the small Montreal neighborhood of Notre Dame de Grace. Supernatural vampire action adventure sequel Bloodrayne : The Thrird Reich is a DVD Rip this week. Rayne fights against the Nazis in Europe during World War II, encountering Ekart Brand, a Nazi leader whose target is to inject Adolf Hitler with Rayne's blood in an attempt to transform him into a dhampir and attain immortality. Drama Five Minarets in New York is another DVD Rip this week. Two Turkish anti-terrorist agents are sent to New York City on a mission to find and bring back the dangerous Islamic leader codenamed "Dajjal", believed to be hiding in there. Working with the FBI and NYPD, the agents orchestrate the arrest of Hadji Gumus, a well-respected Muslim scholar and family man who years before fled to the United States after being released from a Turkish prison, where he served time for murder. This tale love, friendship, peace and prejudices, takes us on a journey seeking to answer the question of whether innocence or guilt even matters to one who lusts for vengeance. Starring Danny Glover, Gina Gershon and Robert Patrick this is a solid movie with good performances and well worth seeing. Check the trailer :

Bhutto, a DVD Rip this week, is a riveting documentary of the recently assassinated Benazir Bhutto, a polarizing figure in the Muslim world. Following in her father's footsteps as a pillar for democracy, Bhutto was expected to dominate Pakistan's 2008 elections but the assassination sent Pakistan politics into turmoil. This major event sent shock waves throughout the world and transformed her from political messiah into a martyr for the common man. Powerful, Educational, Inspiring! Recommended to anyone interested in the subject matter.

The fantastically unique drama Daydream Nation starring the beautiful Kat Dennings(Defendor / Thor / Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist ), Reece Thompson, Josh Lucas(Lincoln Lawyer /Poseidon / Stealth ) and Andie MacDowell is another DVD Rip this week. Written and directed by a young, first time, Canadian director (although you would never guess that) and shot out in a small town in British Columbia. The film is about a teenage girl, Caroline, who moves to a painfully small town which she hates. There, she observes her fellow high school students get wasted on drugs out of boredom, and people obsess over a serial killer who has yet to be caught. She becomes involved in 2 very different relationships with men, out of boredom, and the rest of the film explores the insecurities that everyone, young and old, experiences in life. It is beautifully shot, with dreamlike cinematography, and has a great balance of both sadness and humour which reflects everyday life. Highly Recommended. Mickey Rourke, Megan Fox and Bill Murray star in the thriller Passion Play, also a DVD Rip this week. An angel under the thumb of a ruthless gangster is saved by a trumpet player down on his luck. This might be hard to believe but Megan Fox is actually very good in this movie.... I know... but she is ... and even though the plot is a little abstract its very well written. With a good, intriguing story and good performances all round I definitely Recommend this movie. Recommended. Check the trailer :http://www.imdb.com/video/imdb/vi2285608217/

Sporting thick orange hair, a head too big for his body and ears too big for his head, "Big G" has been the object of ridicule since grade school. Before long, Andy will learn that there was truly a method behind Mr. Simon's madness as to why he teamed these two up. A truley inspirational and uplifting dramaRecommended. Mattie insists on accompanying Cogburn, whose drinking, sloth, and generally reprobate character do not augment her faith in him. Against his wishes, she joins him in his trek into the Indian Nations in search of Chaney. They are joined by Texas Ranger LaBoeuf, who wants Chaney for his own purposes. The unlikely trio find danger and surprises on the journey, and each has his or her "grit" tested. A beautifully shot, dialog driven western thats very entertaining with fantastic performances all round. Recommended for all but Highly Recommended for fans of the Coen Brothers movies.

200 mph is another DVD Rip this week. A high octane action adventure Fast and Furious wannabe in which an amateur racer gets involved in illegal street racing after the death of his brother. The cars and the chase scenes are cool and all female characters are strippers, who cares if the plot and acting are a bit lacking ! ?

Cheers love! A couple of those I've seen ("REd Riding Hood", and "Just Go With It") but there's a couple of others I will look out for.

Am waiting for a decent copy of "Water For Elephants" though. Looking forward to that one.
