They get a bit of stick now & again however I would like to praise them, should have flown out last Sunday but had to cancel at the last minute due to family bereavement.
They transferred our flights & are refunding another booking.
We did have to pay for the transfers however no problem with that, just like to say big thanks to Paula & Martin for their help.

I agree with you - I was a bit sceptical about flying Easyjet - - all I can say is they were excellent
come to think of it I'd say the same about Ryanair too
