We're off to IKEA later and thought we'd drop into PDC on the way home for an Indian.  Have heard a lot about Poppadum Restaurant and wondered if anyone out there can tell me what part of PDC it's in? Someone on Trip Advisor mentioned the Strip, but that's a pretty long stretch of road, so hoping someone can give us a few landmarks to make it easier to find.

Cheers!  Grin

Fair dues to you Karen!  That's the one.  We were on the road by the time your reply came in but we managed to find Poppadom thanks to Alan's iPhone maps!

It's certainly not easy to find, but well worth the search!

Excellent food.  Lovely staff.  Very good value.  Will post a review very soon with directions.

Doggie bag???  You don't know BB & Hubby very well!  Not as much as a grain of very tasty rice left over I'm afraid!  We did all but lick the plates clean!!   Grin

Yes, well worth the effort in finding it Karen.

I've done my review this morning and posted it here on CN and on Tripadvisor too.

Next review will hopefully be of La Era In Yaiza!  ......... now I wonder where that is??   Grin Grin  Better go Google it!    Roll Eyes

Bernie, it's round the back of Yaiza behind the church, town square and council offices near hotel La Casona. They've changed the priority of some of the roads but there are signposts for La Era and La Casona.  Now that's another one thats supposed to have a good restaurant along with Hotel Las Salinas.  Think we (I) will soon be  looking for directions to Weightwatchers if we keep this up.  At least you go home I have to stay here and feel obliged to carry on researching   Roll Eyes

I believe that Poppadum is very good, We called into Friends on  our last night, Steve and Sue were having a carry out to take home, they said it was the bets Indian around.

It's on our TO DO list for next time !

Happy Holidays

Lolly - have only come across this post!   Undecided   Thanks for the directions, and as you know we did find the place after all.  It was very disappointing though, so can't see is busting a gut to get back!   Roll Eyes

Enjoy your continued gustatory research!  Grin
