We can always avoid reading the thread if we haven't seen results shows.
Just watched last night's. Janet, Mischa and the dark haired lady on Louie's team stole the show for me.
Still want Janet to win... but think that Tattoo Bum Frankie will win it because little girlies vote.

Is Janet the one who was on last?
She was excellent though very shy she managed to overcome her nerves.
I thought both boy bands were good but the guy in the army was pretty rubbish.

yep, Janet was on last. I dont normally watch X Factor but as it was on in a particular bar whilst I was on holiday it got its hooks into me and I've just sat and watched last nights today! Going on the live performances so far I'd say Sammi is my favourite ... I think she's the one you meant Elle, Louie's dark haired lady, and the one who got given a second chance after Goldie left! I also quite liked Tulisa's "The Risk" boy band that she put together from two other bands  |

The army bloke definitely I would say - I think he's in over 25's The thin camp one will stay in I expect.
In the girls group I really didn't take to the tall blonde one who came on near the end with the over the top eye make up.
In the groups might the Essex girls be for the chop?
In the boys I have no idea.

Yup Gilly - that's her! I thought she was phenomenal... and it was good to see her do a club tune instead of the usual Shirley Bassey stuff that big voiced ladies tend to get thrown at them. She'll do well I think!

Ooh... good call on who's going, Josie.
Over 25s - army lad to go. Shame but it is Louie after all.
Groups - Yeah, Essex girls to go... or the all girls manufactured band. Remember that the Essex Girls are the ONLY non-manufactured band in the groups... so that might keep them in. I actually really like them and think they're great fun - even if they are eally "nerv".
Boys - the lad with the hat. Completely forgettable.
Girls - I couldn't call it.... but I think pink hair girl should go. Either her or the barmaid... but the barmaid has the better voice.
The tall blonde one Josie, is called Kitty and I've hated her since she first appeared. I wasn't surprised when I heard she was a stripper previously. She has dead eyes and won't go far in the compeition. But she can actually sing. Such a waste of talent on a slapper.

well managed to call all of those tonight!
Was chatting with someone on FB earlier that I met recently on holiday ... she'd posted well done Sami I knew you could do it .... turns out Sami is one of her friends!

You're getting to see it quite quickly then Elle.
I was right on the over 25s and the groups.
As Elle says the guy with the hat was pretty forgettable. A pity about the girl I think she looked and sounded better without pink hair!
I predict the other boy band (ie not the Risk) to go out next week.

totally agree josie much better voice range than the girl that was sat on the piano.
the girl janet she is only copying of dolores o riorden (cranberries) so there is nothing new in her voice.

Yes Josie. Watched the performances the day after... but I stayed up last night to get a copy of the results.
I liked the Cranberries too - so that explains why I like Janet so much... although she has an additional "crack" in her voice that I love.

I think our favourite Janet will struggle tomorrow. Looking forward to seeing how well Sami & Misha do - they're our other 2 favourites.
Frankie hasn't been performing as well as he should. I think last week may have given him the wake-up call he needed though.
