My name is Wyn, im 38 and Welsh.  Planning on moving over to Lanzarote early next year for the sunshine.

My interests are going to gigs (are there many original bands over there?), cycling (will be able to cycle more over there) and quiz nights, socialising and rugby (watching not playing).

I am a self employed author (although I don't like calling myself one as it makes me sound up myself).

Anyway, looking forward to the move Smiley

Hi Wyn and welcome - there are a lot of bands on  in all of the resorts -  the one I've seen recently only play in Costa Teguise - but would say well worth a visit - they are called the The Jager Brothers - link below

Hey Wyn, there's quite a few bands but without knowing what type of music you're into ...

As for cycling, Flash is your man, so to speak Wink

Loads of pub quizzes ....

Sounds like Lanzarote is your oyster!

I reckon there's something to suit everyone's tastes over there, perhaps you just need to do the rounds to find the ones you like!

this time of year shouldn't take longer than a fortnight to get it back - so you'll be in Lanzarote before you know it !!!!
