When the bowling club first opened it filled a gap in Playa Blanca, apart from the beaches and bars, how else do you amuse 3 teenage boys. We took the boys twice last summer and were really impressed, the place was reasonable value (certainly compared to the equivalent in the UK), and we'll definitely be going again this summer. Also it worth knowing that the drinks at the bar are cheaper than most of the bars in Playa Blanca, which surprised us.

One thing that did impress me was that one of the lads, prone as they are to hurting themselves whacked his leg with a bowling ball and was clearly in a lot of pain - in a matter of seconds we had two staff and the manager rushing over to see what they could do to help.... They were very safety conscious!

If you have teenagers, or younger kids, the bowling club is an excellent way to keep them amused for an evening or two...

I don't know! I don't know why I did it, I don't know why I enjoyed it, and I don't know why I'll do it again!
